Love it, Like it, or Lose it
In this part, we will ask to you to rate different events and activities from the past year.
Love It means don’t change anything. Like It means it was good but could use improvement. Lose It means we should think about replacing it with something else.
In the space below each activity, tell us why you Love It, what could improve if you Like It or why we should Lose It.
This was the first year in the new student ministry space. Think about different ways the space was used and help us come up with ways to make the space even better next year!
This part is for you to provide feedback to our youth leaders. Sometimes it’s hard to share your thoughts with adults, so we want this to be a space where you can share openly about the role the Oneighty leaders have in your life.
Note: If there is something that a specific leader or leaders did this past year that meant a lot to you, it would be great if you would write them a personal note to let them know! Each leader cares about you a lot, and we want to make sure they know when they are doing things that make a difference!
